Our Content Management course is going to provide you with a firm foundation in the e-commerce technologies, strategies, and advanced tools for managing your business content, organizing your product stock, and customizing the menu of your website’s storefront. You will deepen your understanding of how to write and format content in the OroCommerce application through various native Oro widgets and content blocks, use the WYSIWYG editor to add headlines, images, and clickable links to your landing pages, and do a number of backstage optimization, like SEO. 

You will also learn best practices on how to implement and leverage engaging content across multiple pages or diversify the content displayed to different audiences and localizations, depending on your business strategy. 

The course consists of six sections that will elaborate on how to build a product catalog structure through the OroCommerce’s web catalog functionality, design attractive landing pages, work with content widgets and content blocks, and practice creating content with a cutting-edge WYSIWYG editor. 

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Build content for your unique website, organize large product stock, and design your unique layouts with a multitude of native Oro widgets, content blocks, and an advanced WYSIWYG editor.
  • Display only the necessary sub-menu nodes in the storefront menu by setting up a content node as a root node.
  • Enhance and customize your navigation and storefront menus to create a user-friendly and intuitive store. 
  • Ensure your products are accessible online, trusted by your web store visitors, and convert well.
  • Create an SEO-friendly website by optimizing it with in-built SEO tools to increase the quantity and quality of traffic to your website through organic search engine results. 

The knowledge you gain will improve both your and your company’s effectiveness. 

At the end of the course,  you will be offered to take a quiz and check how successfully you have acquired new knowledge.
